Job Description

  1. Handle regular inquiries and reply customer on time.
  2. Investigate and identify parts/products needed by customer.
  3. Communicate and coordinate with customers to confirm demand.
  4. Nurture Market Qualified Leads and convert them to orders.
  5. Develop and actively follow up complex and value quotes.
  6. Promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services.
  7. Proactive looking for upselling opportunities.
  8. Use all the tools and systems which is relevant business process. (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Power BI and Office, etc.)

Requirements

Chemical industry education background

young talent is fine

Knowledge & Skills:

  1. Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters in (any subject)
  2. Fluent in English – Reading; Writing & Oral
  3. Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  4. Ability to build long term relationships with partners and customers
  5. Strong commercial acumen
  6. Excellent teamwork skills
  7. Organised, efficient, self-motivated and outgoing
