Responsibilities

• You are a leader experienced in SaaS software development bringing world-class quality products to market. 
• Prior exposure in fast moving software organizations that have executed successful commercial launches are essential. 
• You will be responsible to develop and deploy global strategies for scaling the operations facing significant growth over the next three years . 
• You will provide leadership, vision and direction to the evolving role of business and product development. You possess a balanced approach in evaluating and improving systems, processes and resources as they pertain to the operations. 
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies and plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to scale the growth of the organization.
• Responsible for the development of commercially successful SaaS software products and technologies enabling content creators big and small. Innovate the company's product offering in partnership with the President and development teams.
• Develop and manage multi-functional budget focused on driving revenue, gross margin and optimizing cost of sales
• Possess good process experience or judgement and the ability to recognize key problems before they become major issues. Capable of recognizing opportunities that translate to bottom line improvement.
  

• A minimum of 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in software leadership along with a bachelors' degree in computer science, business or an engineering discipline. An MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of managing 30+ person organizations including senior managers across various functions
• Experience in leading senior-level and high-velocity teams with proven results
• Prior P&L leadership
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and execution across organizations and programs at scale and in multiple countries. Demonstrated maturity in managing programs/processes across varied stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
