The Role and Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include supporting CakeResume’s recruitment team and helping resolve recruitment-related questions. To do well in this role you need to be able to quickly help our Recruitment Consultants to collaborate with job seekers and employers :
- 協助優化招募文案內容，包含頁面呈現、職缺曝光等
- 經營多元招募管道 ( 維護社群關係 )
- 配合部門業務行政作業和計劃執行 ( 文書作業居多 )
Requirements
- Detailed-oriented and customer-centric mindsets are a must.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese. Able to respond, communicate with users and in a professional manner.
- You are a quick learner. Have a passion for startups and recruitment – eager to learn CakeResume’s recruitment business.
- Professional maturity – ability to operate effectively and work independently with self-discipline and minimal micro-managerial oversight.
Interview process
- 30-minute online meeting via Google Meet / Phone Call
- Onsite Interview with the line manager
