【主要職責】
管理研發團隊約10位同事(包含前後端和測試)。
橫向→跨部門溝通、整合
垂直→從無到有的生產產品
交叉→解決橫向與垂直引發的狀況與問題、累積產品相關文件與技術文件
＊標配MAC電腦
(本職務工作地點位於台中)
Tech stack： MySQL,PostgreSQL,Java,Golang, Redis, Kubernetes, Vue.js, GitHub
【上班時間】早上 9 點至下午 6 點並且有 30 分鐘彈性上下班

Requirements
【需求條件】
※ 至少熟悉以下所列其中 2 種領域：
1. SRE / DevOps
2. Frontend 前端
3. Backend 後端
※ 有微服務開發經驗或事件驅動開發經驗
※ 曾主導平台類型網站專案經驗
※ 至少熟悉以下所列其中 1 種團隊驅動方式：
1. 領域驅動開發(DDD)
2. 商業產品驅動開發
3. SCRUM
※ 擅於觀察人、擅於與人溝通
※ 對工作有熱情、有*責任感*，邏輯與分析能力強，並具良好跨部門溝通及協調能力
※ 積極且主動出擊，依據公司的資源狀態與戰略需求，儘量能讓團隊內效率、品質、時程之間達到平衡
【加分條件】
※ 熟悉 Golang
※ 熟悉 Vue.js
※ 熟悉 GCP
※ 對 DDD、BDD、TDD、Gherkin 有一定程度認知
※ 對主流市場、產品、設計具有強烈方向感
※ 對產業、產品、專業技術具高度敏感與高度自主學習力
Interview process
共1-2 關。視訊，分別跟 EPM+RDs/CTO/CEO+HR等人面試
