數位創新開發部門，會接觸到產品核心(使用者多，流量大)
- 目前找部門主管(法金、個金會各一位)，內部主要使用 Java, 部份使用 Python，預計管理15 人(包含科長2-3位)
- Report to VP
Requirements
1) 金融業管理經驗3年以上
2)熟悉數位轉型過程，具備策略規劃能力
3)跨部門溝通與整合能力
