The Presales Consultant collaborates closely with various departments, including sales, customer success, account management, and product development, to provide technical support resources, ensuring that proposed products and solutions meet customer needs and create business value.

Key Responsibilities 工作範圍

1. Develop diverse industry solutions based on Company's product core competency. Organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling product/service demonstrations during the pre-sale stage with the Sales/BDR team.
2. Establish a storytelling methodology and problem-solving proposals to expedite the go-to-market plan. Ensure solutions align with best practices, client requirements, and market trends.
3. Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s.
4. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to provide technical support, ensuring the successful closure of the sales process.
5. Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback on product requirements.
6. Stay updated on market trends and the product/competitor landscape. Provide periodic market and competitor analysis.
7. Enable Sales/AM/CS/BDR/Partner through product knowledge training.

Criteria 條件要求

1. Master's/Bachelor's degree in information technology or information management or information engineering.
2. 3+ years of experience in a software or SaaS company in a Presales or technical support role.
3. Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
4. Ability to consult and propose solutions for selling, and willingness to self-learn new technology or tools to adapt to customer needs.
5. Excellent cross-team communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in English.
7. Experience in MarTech and the Retail/eCommerce industry is a plus.
