公司為餐廳開發並提供的預訂和客戶管理系統。
重點關注以預訂管理和顧客管理為主的高級飯店或米其林餐廳。
一開始從國際酒店預訂開始做，國際間的資料保密嚴謹，成為國際品牌指定供應商，已是日本最領先的預訂平台。
日本目前有7000個客戶，90%五星級飯店餐廳與 300多家米其林餐廳都導入此系統。
全球亞太地區皆有團隊，是國際型值得信賴的品牌。
【Job Description】
- 主要支援台灣及港澳市場客戶，隨時因應特殊需求或其他緊急情況執行臨時任務
- 負責專案管理和系統導入
- 負責啟動會議、系統設置及人員培訓
- 負責系統上線前後的客戶支援
- 進行系統測試，分享意見和錯誤報告反饋
- 定期與客戶保持溝通，收集顧客意見以提升顧客滿意度
- 因應客戶需求配合出差
Requirements

- 精通中文(母語)與英文
- 具飯店、餐廳外場管理經驗2年以上
