- 年度計畫、中長期計畫。
- 銷售策略，管理供應商，執行並追蹤成效。
- 商品和銷售管理，以及業績成效追蹤。
- 跨部門的溝通協調，推動電商專案，以及改善各項流程。
- 部門人員的管理、考核和培訓服務，提高團隊效能。
Requirements
✨所需條件✨
- 8年以上的電商相關經驗。
- 3年以上的管理經驗。
- 熟悉EC平台的運營，並具備擴大市場的能力。
- 出色的規劃能力，並擅長獨立思考和解決問題。
- 具卓越的溝通和談判技巧。
