產品:
online game/溝通軟體/虛擬貨幣交易所/娛樂直播
此職位主要負責成人直播(市場在歐美，合法經營)，日流量到有五位數

1.產品早期是CTO自己開發的，沒有甚麼技術債
2.國際化的工作環境，英文可以進步(台北和深圳華人，其它都是外國人) > 英文敢講即可
3.組織扁平，文化自由，可部分遠端工作

Duties:Our team works on technologies that power streaming media playback experience of our product,and we are aiming to create a highest live streaming quality media service.
职务需求
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills using network analysis
- Be responsible for developing features, contributing to overall media systems design, work in areas related to video streaming, web-based playback, performance analysis and optimization, network bandwidth estimation and media adaption algorithms, etc.
- Education & Experience BS or MS in CS/CE or equivalent Additional Requirements
- Nice to have but not required: Knowledge of media streaming protocols (e.g. HTTP Live Streaming TLS DASH), codecs (e.g., H.264 HEVC, AAC AC3) and transports/container formats (e.g., MP4 MPEG-2 TS)
- Experience in developing audio/video players.
- Familiarity with CDN architectures (caches, origin servers, proxies, etc) is desirable.
- Proficiency in multi-threaded development.
- Nice to have the agora experience.
