Description

• Develop and enhance the total rewards and benefit function to be competitive in talent attraction and retention, to support continuous business growth and expansion
• Develop structures that optimize hiring and maximize employee retention through internal and external market analysis
• Firm understanding of the major/key rewards trends in each of the regional markets the company operates in
• Ensure overall compliance (e.g. process, approval, etc) from a business control perspective for all rewards and benefit policies and process and in meeting the local legal and labor requirements
• Lead and support the annual performance appraisal and compensation cycle, including salary and bonus review process accurately and effectively.
• Lead and support the implementation of new HRIS.
  

• Familiar with best-in-class methodology on job evaluation and salary benchmarking (e.g. Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Hay Group, etc)
• Understand and respect the sensitive nature of highly confidential information and able to navigate complex situations in a discrete, efficient and effective manner
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and is capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, industrial labor relations or related
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience; C&B area is a plus
