🔔職務內容🔔
- 根據品牌的年度業績目標，訂定實體通路的檔期業績目標和行銷計劃。瞭解不同區域的業務狀況，提供輔導和推動相關計畫，以達到業績目標。
- 根據品牌整體推廣方向和通路特性，提出不同商品及行銷計畫，以提升品牌/商品的市場佔有率。
- 負責執行通路行銷計畫，例如：異業合作開發提案。
- 負責統籌、監督管理和執行通路活動，同時進行效益分析並提供建議。
- 負責實體通路的狀況調查、競品分析與預測，以及及時掌握實體通路的動態。
- 具備合約、合作條件談判和開發、運營新實體通路的能力。
- 具備通路行銷活動效益分析和銷售數字分析的能力。
Profil demandé
- ✨具 3 年以上FMCG 快銷品(美妝/保養品)實體通路經驗。
