Job Description

1. Develop new customers and lead business strategies and negotiations.

2. Plan and implement annual business development plan.

3. Collect market intelligence and plan the long-term development direction of products.

4. Improve customer relationships.

5. Handle major customer complaints.

6. Carry out communication and coordination on cross-regional departmental affairs.

7. Responsible for the daily operations of the ministerial-level organizational team.

8. Responsible for setting department goals and establishing management mechanisms.

9. Cross-functional human resource coordination and allocation.

10. Responsible for department organizational capacity building and talent development.

11. Responsible for subordinate performance and salary management.

Requirements

1. Experience in consumer/industrial/medical electronics devices channel development/sales and account management

2. Candidates with no management experience is also welcomed
