Job Description:

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join their team and take the lead in developing our SaaS marketing product. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver a market-leading solution. Your deep understanding of SaaS B2B product development, particularly in integration systems, will be instrumental in creating a seamless and robust platform that empowers marketers to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS marketing product, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
  4. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, translating them into clear and actionable specifications.
  5. Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the product, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  6. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and communication plans.
  7. Drive the product development process, including feature definition, user experience design, and testing, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS product development and marketing automation.
  9. Serve as the product evangelist, conducting product demonstrations, participating in industry events, and engaging with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance the product experience.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS B2B product development environment, with a focus on marketing solutions.
  3. Strong understanding of SaaS product development principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Extensive experience with integration systems and API-driven architectures.
  5. Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative and successful products.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
  7. Strong knowledge of marketing automation, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  8. Solid understanding of user experience design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
  9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  10. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in marketing software, CRM, or related industries.
  2. Technical background with knowledge of programming languages and web technologies.
  3. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  4. Experience working with global teams and managing remote team members.
