Sales Development Representative (Outbound)
Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, which is the most important part of the sales lifecycle. Armed with a suite of business-critical SaaS tools, you will proactively engage with new prospects, generating interest, identifying pain points, and determining whether our product is a good fit for their company.
- Responsibilities
- Find, generate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Make daily outgoing (cold) calls and emails
- Exceed monthly quota of eligible scheduled appointments/demos and closed deals
- Work with the sales team to schedule calls, meetings and product demonstrations with prospects
- Pipeline Management: Enter and Manage Data in CRM
Requirements
- Strong communication skills - written and oral
- You are confident, articulate and motivated
- Experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Exceptional at staying organized and being able to prioritize
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential
- Qualifications
- A four-year degree in business or a related field is preferred
- 1+ year of of sales development experience
