- 能獨立開拓新市場與客戶: 市場分析、客戶溝通、整合資源、策略擬定
- 向潛在客戶推銷SaaS產品，從陌生開發、約訪、提案簡報到簽約流程的負責
- 維護客戶並發想業務開發策略，運用多元的管道與靈活的溝通力，帶動業績增長
- 配合主管制定和實施業務發展策略及計劃，精準定位目標客戶，提高品牌知名度
- 提升優化客戶服務流程，引導客戶使用新開發功能，增加銷售渠道
- 歸納分類客戶各類型問題，及時將問題傳遞給對應相關人員
- 配合參展、活動及產品教育訓練等相關業務拓展工作
职务需求
◎《 requirements for this role》◎
- 至少5年以上相關工作經驗
- 獨立負責終端客戶經驗
- 善於跨團隊合作及問題解決
- 具邏輯思維及時間管理能力
- 對數字分析敏銳且善於溝通者，並擁有基礎技術背景，能與RD做技術性討論
- 能夠對非中文系語言國家的顧客做解說及報告
