Hardware Product Manager 硬體產品經理

Overview :

• Responsible for the success of a hardware product through development and execution of comprehensive product strategy and roadmap with marketing and engineering.
• Establish and follow up hardware project schedules, resource and action Plans
• Work together with engineering team for product design and process design related issues.
• Coordinate cross-function discussion, process, manufacturing and logistics for all activities for a product launch.
• Review and management ODM & NPI process
• Manages risks and issues solving through effective contingency plan, and escalation to ensure project can be completed on time, on budget, and within accepted quality.
• Ensure project meets product requirement including Spec, Cost, Schedule, Quality, Regulatory and continuous process improvement.

Qualification/Requirement:

- Over three years of experience in working as product manager for a hardware industry, preferably in the Consumer products.
- Excellent communication skills, and effective presentation skills.
- Ability to travel on a frequent basis and work partially during early or late hour to suit different time zones in global.
