Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and innovative plans for PR & Influencer Marketing for different campaigns and markets
• Execute the PR & Influencer Marketing plan by different initiatives
• Daily handling of requests, vetting, briefings and evaluations
• Write materials like press releases, factsheets, internal releases and campaign briefs
• Create global toolboxes and playbooks for PR & Influencer marketing campaigns
• Assist the markets with tailored market approaches according to the buyer journey per country
• Report & track PR and influencers’ performance in all our markets according to our KPI’s
• Know how to use different tools (e.g. GA, brand24, etc.) to track performance
• Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, media and the public
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. country-specific team & marketing team) and maintain open communication with senior management
• Handle affiliate payment and maintenance of affiliate tool(s)
• Stay up to date with PR and influencer marketing trends and best practices
• Manage PR issues

Responsibilities:

• 2-3+ yrs proven PR, Social Media & Influencer Marketing experience.
• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
• Familiar with marketing concepts (e.g. buyer personas/buyer journey, lead nurturing, the sales funnel, etc.)
• Knowledge of branding, social media/monitoring, PR and
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Strategic and creative mindset
• Degree in marketing, communications/public relations preferred
• Understanding of western/US culture
• Strong communication ability (oral and written) and excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and video/photo editing is a plus
• Native English fluency required; fluent in Chinese is a plus
