- Memeriksa pengajuan persetujuan (Memo/SPP) melalui IMS/Email/Ekspedisi dari cabang/area
- Memastikan SPP/Memo didistribusikan ke PIC Approval terkait
- Memeriksa pengajuan klaim BBM/Parkir/Tol dari cabang/Area
- Memeriksa pengajuan perubahan data (I Service)
- Memeriksa pertanggungjawaban SPPD & Pulkam Kacab/ Ka Area
Requirements
- S1 Semua Jurusan
- Usia maksimal 25 tahun
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office
- Teliti, komunikatif, memiliki analisa yang baik
- Lebih disukai Freshfraduate atau pengalaman maksimal 1 tahun dalam bidang administrasi
