Our team is launching in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney and the US. We're looking for an aggressive, results oriented individual with deep F&B industry experience to take the lead in operations as a Regional Food Ordering Operations Manager. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys challenges and growth in a fast-moving environment. As a Regional Food Ordering Operations Manager you will work closely with restaurant partners, our account management team, revenue ops, product, and sales teams in all countries inline operates to manage and optimize our Takeout & Delivery services.

What you'll do

  • Program problem-solving and troubleshooting, defining the strategy at a local level, tracking results, and finding areas of opportunity.
  • Build and run operational processes, and support process automation
  • Develop acquisition strategy by finding key driver-partners in different markets, set their priorities, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintaining close relationships with driver-partners and improve their operations and delivery processes
  • Work closely with sales, AM, product, marketing, and support teams to ensure restaurant satisfaction and meet business expansion goals.
  • Lead and take ownership of operational needs as well as go-to-market strategies.
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, training, and development of inline's Dispatch Team
  • Dispatch Operation On-call: Support restaurant order dispatching in all countries. 

(This position requires some weekend work.)


What you'll need

  • [Must] Customer-facing Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in one or more: Logistics/Delivery Operations, Product Operations, Strategy Operations.
  • Preferably knowledge/worked in the SaaS / F&B / Food-tech industry
  • Proven analytical skills with data-driven decisions and the ability to use data to build strategy and motivate decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and project management initiatives in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and scientific method
  • Experience in building dashboards and querying data in Google Sheets / Excel
  • Strategic & operational problem solving and creativity - you are able to design solutions that scale to multiple markets
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills - you are able to rally people behind a common goal, easily generate consensus if you're facing a pushback, and work in a complex matrix organization
  • You are comfortable dealing with uncertainty in a constantly-changing work environment

  • Most candidates will go through a screening interview plus one or two rounds of technical interviews.
  • This position is available in-office in Taipei, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
  • Visa Support is available for this position.
