工作內容：
1.電話接聽，櫃檯訪客接待
2.郵務及內部文件收發
3.行政支援及例行工作
如：辦公室環境清潔檢查、事務用品整理補充、每週下午茶訂購、請款作業。
4.員工門禁卡製作、汽機車位與座位安排、電話分機整理跳號
5.國內外差旅安排
6.公司活動及專案支援
Responsibilities:
1. Front desk Duty-Answering/screening phone calls and greeting visitors in
a courteous manner
2. Mailing/logistics services (both internal and external)
3. Orders, receives and maintains office supplies.
4. Security-related- parking slot access card/visitor badge issued
5. Conference room usage management
6. Office facility/supervise environment maintenance
7. Office-related payment application
8. Business trip arrangement
9. Other ADM ad-hoc might be assigned
其他條件：
1. 個性熱心主動，具服務熱忱
2. 熟悉office軟體操作
3. 口條清晰，需能簡易英文問答
4. 行政經驗建議以2年以上佳，具有相關經驗者將優先考慮
5. 具甲種職業安全衛生業務主管為佳
