客戶的成長是我們最重視的一環，而作為客戶經理，你將是團隊與客戶溝通的橋樑。你需在第一線支援客戶，瞭解需求、解決問題、協助客戶成功導入，將客戶的需求反饋給產品團隊，從而協助公司打造更棒的產品。因此，你將有機會與業務部門和產品部門同事緊密合作，負責協助電商客戶導入系統及成長。

｜Responsibility
- Developing solid relationships with customers, understanding their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions, and helping them achieve their goals.
-Provide real-time assistance to process online, solve operational problems for customers, and maintain relationships with key customers.
-Providing training and support for products or services to ensure that customers can take full advantage of their features and successfully use them.
-Collect user opinions and provide them to the product department, and assist in product testing of new features
-Assist customers in renewing their contracts. Most of our customers are from Singapore and Malaysia.
