1. Update customer records in the company database as required
2. Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
3. Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
4. Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time
5. Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately
6. Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
7. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment
8. Marketing material development and draft
1.輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單,並將訂單資料存檔備份。
2.保持與客戶間之聯繫,回覆e-mail,並確認交貨期。
3.提供出貨文件,協助安排出貨。
4.協助處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。
5.確認產品規格、出貨包裝、產品檢視
6.整理行銷素材、學習英文文案撰寫
7.供應商與產品進存銷管理
8.辦公室行政庶務(佔工作比例15%)
