Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships, also solving issues and disputes among employees, management, and labor unions regarding industrial relations
• Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
• Responsible for reports to the management, as routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators as needed
• Maintain communication with government or regulators
• Keep up-to-date with the government regulations and make sure the practices are aligned with the government regulations
• Supervise the General Affairs team in managing securities and cleaning services while coordinating with the vendor
• Manage and maintain all general affairs activities, including office management, operational car, building facilities, office rental
• Planning, managing, and analyzing budgets of the General Affairs Team
• Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs functions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Relations and General Affair
• Experienced working in the Consumer Goods industry and familiar with the business process
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to work with all levels of people
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment
• Ability to work as an individual and in a tea
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
