RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Assist in Company-wide negotiations with existing customers, including preparation of proposals, contracts and discussion of the contract terms and conditions
- Liaise with other divisions and departments on customers’ requirements
- Tracks customer account metrics
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Conduct surveys to measure customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis
- Prepare reports for management reporting purposes
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customer
職務需求
- Good Honors Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business
- Min 2 years’ related work experience
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Able to be creative in developing solutions
- Relevant knowledge and experience in aviation/sales/commercial is an advantage.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Executive levels depending on experience and qualification.
