職務說明：
作為客戶成功專員，您將是我們的零售商家在使用我們的網路開店產品時的第一聯絡點。您的主要目標是確保客戶獲得所需的支援，並助力他們的事業成功。

- Sysfeather Co. 是來自台灣的電子商務軟體即服務商，提供商家全通路與一站式的解決方案，包含支付、物流、直播視訊購物、行銷、分析、POS、銷售與存貨管理。
- 我們聚焦在流行服飾與美妝零售業，建立差異化產品優勢。迄今在我們的商家已累計超過新台幣500億的GMV、超過2500萬張的訂單。

Requirements
職務責任：
- 管理您負責的商家，確保他們獲得所需的支援和資源。
- 協助商家解決複雜的技術問題和挑戰。
- 進行客戶滿意度調查，並根據反饋提供產品和服務的改進建議。
- 與產品開發團隊合作，以改善產品和服務，滿足客戶需求。
必要條件：
- 二年以上在電子商務或客戶服務相關領域的工作經驗。
- 良好的溝通、協調和問題解決能力。
- 有基本的項目管理和時間管理能力。
- 能夠獨立工作，並在壓力下保持冷靜和專注。
- 協助建立和維護知識庫，以提供客戶易於理解的自助式資訊和解決方案。
加分項目：
- 有社交媒體、網頁製作或網路行銷相關經驗。
- 對網路購物和電子商務技術有一定的熟悉程度。
- 熟悉CRM或服務台軟體的使用，例如Zendesk、Intercom、Salesforce、HubSpot等。
