Description
RoleTSMC IT is looking for an outstanding User Experience Designer to design the future of fab engineer experience. The UX Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, innovating, and prototyping new user experiences that pave the way for the future of TSMC’s Digital Transformation in a way that has never been done before. The UX Designer will collaborate with IT product managers, application developers, and fab users to create an amazing fab engineer experience from AI (Artificial Intelligent) product prototype for TSMC global manufacturing in next decades.
Responsibility
1.Research and define UX strategy for consumer segments as well as various engineering types based on business requirements.
2.Imagine, conceive, manage, and drive ownership of UX design in product prototype to make fab engineers immersed in future products.
3.Develop Rapid UX prototyping to communicate product design concept and continuous UX improvement through user interviews and user scenario usage analysis.
4.Develop creative and innovative design solutions for fab engineer experience that support multiple types of engineers in different roles with varying scope and objectives.
Qualifications
1.3+ years of working experience advocating for, creating, and building world-class experiences for mobile, web, TV or other digital devices. Knowledge of global design best practices and working for international companies or semiconductor field is a plus.
2.An excellent portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design work with a strong design sensibility and articulate storytelling.
3.Ability to prototype in UX prototyping tools or HTML.
4.Customer-focused, with experience using design research methods to uncover customer insights. Able to take insights and define the desired customer outcomes.
5.BS degree or above in the study of design including one of the following: Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, or a portfolio that shows equivalent project experience.
