Job Description
1. Preparing records, reconciles warranty claims, and submits them to the appropriate manufacturers for payment.
2. Coding warranty claims by using labor operations codes, submits claims to the manufacturer for payment, and reviews & disputes rejected claims.
3.Develop and maintain customer relations with the local Region and Dealers
4. Analysis of KPI data and identify Dealers weaknesses and strengths that need support from this program
5. Dominating and improving the global warranty workflow
6. Analysing claim issues with QC team and CSD team
