Grew up in the Texas Hill Country with a passion for learning from all that life can offer. Began first job at 12 years old shining shoes at local barber shop. Spent youth years excelling in school and scrounging together the funds to receive a higher education. Accepted to University of Texas at San Antonio to minimize expenses and later transferred to Texas A&M University with a 3.8 GPA. Worked full time in restaurants while taking at least 15 credit hours every semester.
