在新創團隊中,要如何適應快節奏、富具變化與挑戰的工作環境? 

我認爲其中最關鍵的心態是: 

『勇於嘗試,犯錯後快速修正,且具備自學能力,並常抱持著資源稀缺感。』 

 作為商務開發的角色,其實脫不了這八個字:解決問題、創造機會

在公司產品尚未成熟時著重的是:蒐集市場資訊與需求,建立新商模的推廣方式。
當公司進入快速發展時著重的是:優化開發流程、快速回應客戶需求。 

其中以陌生開發、新市場的拓展為主,並肩負客戶關係維護的角色。 

後期更從事Key Account、企業客戶開發、異業合作提案等工作內容,建立know-how。

善於傾聽、與人互動交流

過去從事餐飲外場、旅遊攝影師、民宿管理等,都讓我累積大量與陌生人互動的經驗。

同時,也發掘出自己善於與形形色色人互動的特質。

即使沒有華麗的話術,但務實、誠懇的態度,我仍贏得絕大多數客戶的信任。

關鍵在於懂得聆聽、化解不信任感,並提問挖掘客戶的痛點與需求。
