Job Description

Track field team to meet sales quota; deep dive entire operation process and be able to collect the key to improve the results.
Collaborate closely with internal BD teams, and external customers to provide feedback on both of customers and BD&SAs requirements and to lead opportunity development.
Monitor daily sales and manage sales reports to ensure front execution is on track.
Based on market characteristics, assist the operation team in developing business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment front-line teammates to achieve final goals

Requirements

Quick learner in new knowledge and business
Good communication skills and active, strong and confident in work
Experience 1-2 years in similar industry
