Job Description
工作時間：週一至週五，每月1-2天週日排班
- 早班(08:30-17:30) 沒有津貼喔💸
- 中班(11:00-20:00) 每天津貼$100，🏃🏻♀️運動完再進公司！
- 晚班(15:00-24:00) 每天津貼$250，24點下班很晚？ 少來🛌你都很晚睡
⚠️如果想固定上中、晚班也可以投喔😏請記得私訊的時候註明想要固定哪個班別！

工作內容
- 客戶相關資訊及進度回覆
- 即時解決客戶問題
- 客訴問題處理/客戶關係維護
- 致電客戶進行回訪，整理資料及記錄數據。
- 電話/郵件/線上通訊軟體問題回覆
- 其他主管交辦事項。

Requirements
- 有過金融業相關背景or相關科系
- TOEIC 700 分以上
- 配合國定假日輪流值班(照法規給予加班費或補休假)
