Responsibilities
- 透過市場分析、競業動向、用戶行為找出潛在客群，並提出大量獲客及轉換方案
- 經營商圈活動、活絡會員，規劃點數行銷活動與整合各通路活動
- CRM(會員經營、行為)相關數據資料梳理與分析，與系統串聯進而推展業務。
- 會員行銷活動相關企劃與設計與設定(會員極點/推播廣告/店內活動…)
- 開發異業合作夥伴及會員專案合作
- 會員分級規畫、開發異業合作夥伴及會員專案合作
- 會員分級規畫經營、會員精準行銷
Persyaratan
- 三年以上數位產業/電商/零售業/會員經營經驗。
- 具備B2B業務開發提案能力、異業合作企劃力。
- 產業經營分析、會員經營(含活動規劃)相關經驗、數據報告撰寫能力、對數據分析有熱忱。
- 具會員分級分群經營、會員精準行銷規劃經驗。
- 具備自我學習新技術或新工具的能力，能獨立作業。
- 熟悉Office作業軟體。
