Job Description
日常
1. 負責員工出勤管理，包含每月班表檢核、每月出勤異常處理、加班單/假單簽核確認、出勤系統管理(
含新進/離職建檔及組織異動調整。)
2. 管理約聘長短期員工招募、薪酬報表確認、合約續約/到期通知；與各部門維持良好溝通，協助部門
短期PT招募、面試與管理。與派遣公司合作，為公司及員工的溝通橋樑。
3. 與店舖主管維持良好溝通模式，對於新人報到/出勤系統/勞健保申請/勞資相關法令有基礎的認識，解
決員工或主管對於法規的疑慮。
4. 新進/離職員工文件建檔、歸檔；確認繳交資訊無遺漏異常。
5. 擔任外聘護理師及員工之間的窗口，協助公司在遵守法規的原則下推動相關業務，例如：醫師店鋪
臨場服務。
6. 員工年度健檢檢查規劃，與合作之醫療院所維持良好的溝通。
7. 協助HR部門舉辦員工活動，例如：員工慶生會、年節聚餐安排、新人訓練….等各式相關規劃及執行。
8. 協助HR部門之廠商請款作業(Coupa)
9. 其他主管交辦事項
B. 報表
1. 每月各部門同仁出勤報表整理，追蹤簽核進度；每月各部門休假狀況簡報，並提出改善建議。
2. 團保(新進/離職異動通知)
3. 約聘長/短期員工請款報表確認
4. 其他主管交辦報表

Requirements
1.一年以上人力資源相關工作經驗
2.基礎文書處理能力
3.做事細心、耐心、抗壓性佳，有良好的邏輯思維及溝通能力並且能獨立作業
