Company highlight
- 擁有先進的300mm晶圓級封裝的專精技術，及世界級測試與Assembly製造團隊，提供客戶半導體測試及封裝服務
- 產品以光電、通訊、網路、電子產品所使用之IC及晶圓封裝測試為主，提供可靠度與失效分析服務，滿足客戶(Turn-Key Service)需求
- 主要商品：鉛凸塊(BUMP)、晶圓級封裝(WLCSP)、覆晶封裝(Flip Chip)、晶圓及IC測試服務、RA/FA可靠度
Responsibilities
- Package structure and BOM selection (Flip Chip / Bump / WLCSP)
- Package risk assessment and gap analysis
- New package design feasibility study
- NPI/project handling & coordination
- Co-work with Sales team for business engagement
Experience
- 5年以上工作經驗
- 英文 中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等
- 具溝通協調能力,專案規劃能力
- 與國內外客戶互動經驗3年以上
