Job Description
工作內容：
1. 負責單位 KPI 目標的達成。
2. 配合公司發展計畫，進行整體海內外電商策略的布局與規劃。
3. 熟悉台灣與海外(香港/新加坡/馬來西亞/日本/韓國...)跨境電商平台，具備開店經營與後台營運管理能力。
4. 具備引流的規劃與執行經驗，依據不同國家/不同電商平台，選擇站內站外適合的行銷工具，進行線上引流操作。(如:各
平台站內行銷工具/FB&IG 廣告投放/Google 關鍵廣告/KOL...)
5. 平台營運數字分析/優化與解決問題的能力。

彈性上下班 8:45~17:45 or 9:15~18:15 (中午休息1.5小時)

Requirements
只要你符合👇🏻
1. 電商相關工作 5 年以上經驗。
2. 人員管理經驗 3 年以上。
3. 英語及第二外國語能力(馬來文或日文或韓文)
4. 了解各國相關跨境電商法規面的規定，包含當地成立公司法規/進口限制/金流/物流/關稅/保稅倉..)
5. 具備商業談判能力，熟悉金、物流操作
