As a Business Operations & Marketing Intern at CakeResume, you will be working closely with the core CakeResume Business team to create an ecosystem where great talents can meet great companies efficiently through providing high quality customer services to help our employer customer success.

Responsibilities

• Plan and grow CakeResume's job seeking communities on Telegram ( Tech / Business and Marketing ), WhatsApp, Facebook and other CakeResume job seeking community platforms.
• Build strong relationships with students from different backgrounds, and key stakeholders from startups, leading tech companies, accelerator programs, etc.
• Work closely with the CakeResume business team to launch brand awareness programs and introduce CakeResume to potential users on campus or from all over the world.
• Enhance CakeResume’s brand awareness by creating rich content on social media, and generating traffic growth (utilizing graphics/ posters)
• Implement creative ways to build strong relationships with customers, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and promote CakeResume services
• Develop churn indicators, plan and execute rescue strategy, and revamp account care flow;
• Work closely with the CakeResume business team, aligning workflow among team members to execute on a plan and ensure accountability to meet or exceed goals while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer experience.

Who You Are

• Having at least a Bachelor Degree or higher, freshgraduates are welcomed.
  
• A basic knowledge/ understanding of using graphics editing tool such as Canva. 
• Eager to develop a career in a position that can actually create impacts to the world
• Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-Starter who is determined to lead change and make a real impact
• Critical thinker who is passionate about creating and implementing solutions
