Job description:
1. Plan the product roadmap and lead the strategy
2. Develop metrics / goals for the teams on short and long-term
3. Understand user needs, analyze requirement and set up project schedule
4. Cooperate with cross-functional team to deliver high efficient & user-friendly product
5. Communicate with senior management and engineering team with product plans and roadmaps
6. Set and improve product development processes from user feedback or idea inception to the development and go to market strategy
Qualification:
1. 7~10 year’s Product Management experience in E-Commerce/ Software/ iOT industry
2. Possess software development project experience (preferably for websites, mobile web, and apps)
3. Experienced in working at a growth early-stage business
4. Deep analytical skills and demonstrable track record of a data-driven approach to product management
5. Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
6. Fluent in English
