Job Description
- Responsible for Business administration, monitoring, analysis, and maintaining expenses completeness and conformance with procedures and regulations.
- Organizing pitching for creative agency and production house and ensuring the company the best resources in the industry with competitive prices and services.
- Responsible to handle price negotiation, contract signing & payment process
- Coordinate between vendor & internal team, working as a bridge and monitoring the execution of vendor.
- Managing the vendor pool and making vendor performance evaluations quarterly
- Constantly update job knowledge and other job required by Business Manager & Dept. head
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in communication/business management or related major
- Two or more years of background working in creative advertising
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Fluent in English is a must. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Great analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, negotiation leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
- Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks to deliver them to managerial
