Job Description

    主要職責

      • 支援日常辦公室運作,如文件整理、會議安排、接待訪客,並處理各類行政事務。
      • 負責日常財務記錄,包括預算編制、財務報告,以及處理發票和賬單。
      • 協助高層管理人員處理日常事務,包括行程安排、文件準備,並在跨部門事務中提供溝通和協調支援。
      • 協助人力資源團隊進行員工招聘、培訓安排,處理員工福利和薪資問題,並確保員工資料的準確性和及時更新。


        Requirements

        資格要求

        • 具備出色的組織和時間管理能力,能在壓力下高效工作。
        • 熟悉辦公室軟體和企業運作流程,擁有出色的人際溝通技巧。
        • 能夠處理敏感信息,保持高度的保密性和專業態度。
        • 擁有良好的數據分析能力,細心且溝通能力佳。

          加分項目

          • 擁有企業管理、資訊管理、財務會計或其他商業相關學歷。
          • 熟悉主流商業軟體。
          • 樂觀正面,態度積極,勇於學習與嘗試
