• Align technical direction with other architects in all levels in product roadmap, product design and development
• Enable the team to control quality of solution and deliverable while leading the team in developing product features
• As competency leader to identify competence gap and lead the team to plan and complete competence development
• Lead and manage architectural activities or technical improvement for the own team
• Lead own team to support troubleshooting for in-house and field issues in Asia
  

Education and experience

• A relevant BSc or MSc in the area of software engineering, computer science, information systems, IT or MIS
• Knowledge of distributed computing systems, on-premise infrastructure development and integration of open source and commercial solutions.
• Resource management of DC/OS and Kubernetes.
• Guide the troubleshooting actions for complex issues on system performance.
• Profound understanding of complexity in failover, replication, driving for 99.99% uptime.
• Linux expertise, Java, Networking, multi-threading and OS level scheduling.
• Hardware affinity; understand how server design contributes to resource usage.
• Proven experience in product development and software execution architecture.
