工作面試？MBA入學面試？那些所謂的面試技巧

農曆年後是很多人開始新工作的時機，只要是台灣人應該都知道原因(笑)，領完年終好好跟公司道別才算是完美的結局。因此，很多公司在招募訊息裡也會直接註明可以“年後上班”！是不是好貼心？

掐指一算，自己在職場也連滾帶爬？拖泥帶水？又蹲又跳？了近十年的時間。為了找工作投了不少履歷，經歷很多面試，也收到很多無聲卡。跟這些公司的人資或是面試官打交道其實都需要經驗的累積，經過不斷地練習，才能更好地應對破關(就像是玩遊戲要一直練功升等，才能打更大的Boss一樣)。

最近業務上接觸了一些正在準備申請MBA入學面試的人，讓我重新思考了面試的本質和目的，歸納出以下幾點：

1. 看看對方長得是圓還是扁，在網路上聊得很開心的網友，還是得見見真人！

- 因為疫情的關係或是身處不同國家，近兩年多利用視訊面試，所以對方有沒有腳這件事可能還是要等到見面的那天才會知道。現在這份工作就經歷了五次線上面試，還是有些人至今尚未見面，所以不是很確定他有沒有腳XD

2. 互相了解，探探虛實（你是我在找的那個人嗎？）

- 在面試工作的時候，相互了解是非常重要的。面試提供雙方一個雙向溝通、互相瞭解的機會（就跟相親一樣），畢竟招募員工/和接受一個新工作都不是一件容易的事，雙方都有成本考量，因此要非常謹慎，在面試的時候發現苗頭不對，還有機會拔腿就跑！

不過MBA入學面試就不一樣了，基本上都是面試者非常想要拿到offer，但面試官無所謂的狀況。

3. 確認彼此需求是否契合（我要的跟你能給的有沒有交集？）

找工作的時候，招募訊息沒有辦法完整寫出該職務需求以及工作內容，求職者在面試的時候就要釐清自己能否勝任以及工作內容跟想像的是否吻合。而公司方也可以更加瞭解求職者的能力以及應對進退的狀況。

至於MBA面試，被問到爛掉的問題大概有Why MBA? Why 我們學校？我們錄取你的話你能提供我們學校什麼貢獻？....等等

在了解面試的本質和目的之後，再來就要談怎麼準備了。依照我自己過去的經驗，有幾件事情是我在準備面試的時候一定會做的，提供大家參考！不論是工作面試或是MBA 面試都可以靈活運用。

1. 搞清楚對手是誰（知己知彼，百戰百勝）

- 不管面對的是誰，盡可能見面之前摸清楚對方的底細！現在公開資訊那麼多，不知道的東西可以問谷歌或是ChatGPT，當然答案還是要自己小心查證就是。

如果是找工作，公司的歷史沿革跟最近發生的新聞、正在發展的項目等等一定要查清楚，就算沒辦法深入了解，也要知道才可以。

如果是MBA面試，關於學校的一切，過去的優秀校友，最近的大事件或是未來發展都是需要先調查好的部分，如果有直接認識的校友，一定是要拿出來說嘴一下的。

如果在面試之前得知面試官的名字，那麼大膽的谷歌或是到Linkedin找他吧，如果是大公司的管理階層，那麼資訊就更透明了。

2. 說他的語言(Speak their language)！

- 關於“公司的核心價值”，越來越多公司的創辦人都會有一套自己用來管理企業的指標或是重視的人才核心價值，也會清楚地寫在公司的網站上，讓員工不要忘記。因此，進公司之前先知道公司重視的是什麼，回答問題的時候不小心提到，那麼對方就會感到驚艷！

如果你要轉換產業，想必有很多行話或是產業內容你不是很了解，那麼，面試之前請用功，看不了門道也要看熱鬧！但是切記不要不懂裝懂，不恥下問在面試也是一個很好的策略，表現出自己虛心求教的一面。

3. 問問題，且問對的問題（對於你以後可能要長期相處的對象，你難道沒有任何好奇心？）

通常在面試要結束之前，面試官都會問你有沒有問題想問，這個時候“千萬”、“拜託”不要說沒有！當你說沒有的時候就說明了一件事 - 你沒有用心也沒有用腦！

但是很多人會說，啊我就沒有問題啊...不不不，你一定有問題可以問！

問的問題可以是關於工作的問題，比如公司未來三年計畫？組織有沒有要擴編？也可以是關於面試官個人經驗，比如請教他覺得在公司工作的最大優點和缺點是什麼？他會給即將進來公司的同仁什麼建議？

最後的這些問題，得到的回答可以看出對方是否誠懇？有沒有想要隱藏什麼？也可以讓對方有個思考跟表達自己的機會。如果在調查面試官的時候發現他很愛爬山，而你也剛好喜歡爬山，或許聊聊興趣不僅可以緩和氣氛，也可以在結束之前給對方一個好印象，讓面試有個完美的結束！

每年只要到過年，在賣場總是能聽到這首歌，今年聽不到還真覺得有點可惜！

而且還沒有10天年假...更顯淒涼...

為了能過個好年，很多人在一兩個月前就開始準備，不管是心情上還是肉體上。告訴自己再撐一下就可以放長假在家當廢物、用搶五月天演唱會門票一樣的心情熬夜搶高鐵票或是擬定出國計畫（用口袋飽飽的年終犒賞辛苦一年的自己）。趁著各國國門大開，慢慢可以看到過年出國的榮景。今年過年出國玩嗎？

就說 Ringle真的超應景，今天的新教材就是 “Visiting Grandma”- 回家看阿嬤啦！文中寫到最近阿嬤學會看LINE，但是不會回，所以作者都會被阿嬤 “已讀”！

不要難過，因為阿嬤只會看不會回。有沒有人家裡的長輩也不太會回LINE，都已讀你的？

Grandma recently learned how to read LINE messages. She doesn’t know how to reply, though, so I expect to always be left on read. “I’m heading over to your place,” I wrote, just before heading out.

作者在最後一段提到，雖然阿嬤只會看不會回，他還是會隔幾天就傳訊息或是照片給阿嬤，把自己最近發生的事情分享給阿嬤，讓阿嬤知道他的孫子最近發生了什麼事。我很喜歡最後作者比喻他傳這些東西給阿嬤的動作，就好像阿嬤喂粥給還是躺在搖籃裡的他一樣。懷抱著 ”我想要把好東西給你”的心情，雖然你不會有回應或是跟我說些什麼，我還是滿懷著愛去做這件事，不求回報！

I imagine that that’s kind of what it’s like talking to a baby, looking into a crib, where I lie, staring at a familiar but wrinkleless face as she spoons little servings of congee into my open mouth.

[ 📕 你參加過讀書會嗎？]

我一直沒有參加過讀書會，但是參加讀書會一直都在我的願望清單裡。

你問我想要參加讀書會的理由？

1. 強迫自己在一定的時間內讀完一本書。

2. 和一群喜歡讀書的人產生連結，在同溫層取暖。

3. 經由大家的智慧和人生經驗讓讀書不只是讀書，而是更深層的思想交流和對話。 (聽起來有點高大上？ 😆 其實第一點應該是最大的目的）

雖然想要參加讀書會，卻一直沒有認真尋找，而是以佛系的態度看待參加讀書會這件事，內心想著哪一天應該會有人來邀請我吧？ 然而，這件事情一直都沒有發生，到底誰會知道我想參加讀書會？！

2023年1月10日，一個星期二的晚上我參加了人生第一次的讀書會，讀書會在線上進行，而且讀的是英文書！感覺比中文讀書會更有挑戰？不只是讀書，還要讀英文書。

外文系畢業的我，大學四年讀了為數不少的英文書，從西洋古典文學、希臘神話、英國文學、美國文學到莎士比亞，是人生中讀最多英文書的時期。說來汗顏，畢業之後似乎沒有完整讀完一本英文書，雖然買過一些，卻都沒有毅力讀完，說到底就是意志力太不堅強了吧。

公司的教材團隊，除了用心開發各種符合時事的教材，去年年底開始舉辦線上讀書會 Read With Me，讓母語老師帶領學生利用一個月的時間讀完一本英文書，去年11月開始陸續讀了《柏青哥》Pachinko 和《奇跡男孩》Wonder ，2023年1月要讀的是一本於1997年出版，名為《最後十四堂星期二的課》Tuesdays with Morries的暢銷書，因為太受歡迎還被果陀劇場改編成舞台劇，相信看過的人不在少數。

雖然它很有名，我卻一直沒有看過，趁著這次線上讀書會，決定要用英文把它讀完。《最後十四堂星期二的課》Tuesdays with Morries的Lexile 藍思閱讀分級（注一）(是多益閱讀(270 -380) 總分495)，對於英文中級程度的人來說閱讀起來並不會太困難。然而，有趣的地方是，雖然用的單字和句子不難，卻能精確地描繪出故事場景及人物個性，這也是閱讀的時候除了故事情節之外，能體會到的另一種樂趣。

在Ringle平台上進行的Read With Me將用四週的時間，由老師帶領，陪伴學生讀完一本書。參加讀書會除了參與線上聚會之外，也要花時間閱讀每天分配好的頁數，以確保自己在進度上。

每次的線上聚會要做的三件事 ：

1. 老師摘要上一週的閱讀作業內容，講解重點及特殊的表達方式。如果不是在美國出生長大或是熟悉美國文化的人，因為沒有和作者相同的文化背景，通常只能看到文字表面的意思，沒辦法真正了解背後的文化意涵，這時候身為英語母語者的老師的角色就變得十分重要，讓來自非英美文化圈的學生能夠確實瞭解作者想要傳達的內容。

2. 同學在閱讀的過程中可以自由提出問題，利用BAND的社群功能，在閱讀的過程中留下自己的問題，不論是不懂的句子或是單字，任何問題都可以提出，讓老師或是其他讀書會的同學幫忙解答。

3. 預習下一週的閱讀功課，老師會給同學一個簡略的介紹，針對下一週的閱讀內容和特殊的表達先做解釋。

從沒有想過我的第一個讀書會會是線上讀書會，而且還要讀英文書！所有參與讀書會的同學都有一個共同目標，那就是用一個月的時間讀完一本英文書，在互相激勵的氛圍之下，我相信大家都能夠在一個月的時間讀完這本世界暢銷作品！我也會在讀完之後再來分享讀後感（彷彿回到英文系的時光，讀完作品要賞析！）

Democracy is a centralized decision-making process that abides by the majority rule.But decentralization is focuses on individuality, allowing each person’s value and thoughts to shine through.

There are three common decision-making approaches for brand image development on blockchain:

The team decides everything on its own, which is relatively dictatorial. The team discusses everything thoroughly with the community, and ultimately makes a decision by voting , which is relatively democratic. The right to use the brand image is handed over to all holders, which is the way of decentralization.

We also need to consider the reality. It is not easy to implement complete decentralization. Therefore, striking a balance between democracy and decentralization is an art.
