• Lead one member to conduct recruitment plan and employer activity
• Analyze present recruitment strategies, and enhance with creative sourcing methods.
• Use advanced search techniques for identifying qualified candidates.
• Report to GM and work closely with business partners to create and implement clear, timely and business-focused staffing strategies.
• Seek out candidates thru aggressive and consistent research to relevant individuals.
• Function: Backend/Frontend/DevOps/SRE/Cloud/Security/IOS/Android/PM/HR
Achievement:
• Recruit 19 people in 6 months included BE, FE, DBA, Android, PM, CS, Java, Marketing
• Accept Offer Rate increase 20% in 3 months
