• Participate in Identifying needs, prepare technical studies ( BoQs) and feedback to the field engineer.

• Create Purchase Orders, SES GRN documents as required and check stocks upon delivery to warehousing.
• Prepare a time-bound and detailed work implementation plan to implement every activity.
• Assist in administrative Support of tasks as required such as preparation of reports and meeting authorized personnel and assisting them during field missions.

• Supervision of 113 water tanks in Qufel shamr District
• Engaged in formation of community committees and water management, undertaking field survey to verify vulnerable beneficiaries, host site selection, verification of beneficiaries for Al-Qawa'aed and Altlahiyah -Qufel shamr District.
• Contribute to distributions of beneficiary's card, work quantities, give permission for beneficiaries to start cash for work.
• Coordinating with targeted community, give daily instructions for project activities, give daily remark and advice.

•  Reviewing construction related Project Documentation (feasibility study, designs, BOQ, tender documents, monitoring tools forms and payment disbursement of funds and financial service documents and receive executed works. Attend site Primary deliveries for contractor in order to begin the work.
• Develop action plans for project implementation including all technical specifications for project implementation.
•  Following up the implemented work on the site per agreed BoQs, specification respecting action plan timelines. 
• Making sure that the project is going to be done as planned on the time frame and delivering results. 
• Monitoring approval of incoming materials samples are of the highest quality and from acceptable country of origin.
• Maintain good lines of communication and coordinate meetings with local authorities, IDP, host and returnees.
• Supervise and be responsible for all technical aspects of project implementation, ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient, service-oriented, accurate timely manner consistent to standards, Protocols engineering methods.
•  Preparing invoices for payment of the works and anticipating the cash flow required for monthly payments. 
• Write and submit weekly, monthly, status, progress reports, field visit reports and submit to project manager. 
• Attend site final handover and ensure contractor is completed according to project plan checklists, rules and regulation.
