Helping the services vertical of the client decide the parts to repair and parts to scrap based on their estimated propensity to fail. This would help them save time and money spent on risky repairs and also salvage CSAT points that would've been lost due to unsatisfactory service experience
Helping the operations team identify the ideal stores for their 'food to go' category of products and identifying the best products to be ranged in these sections.
Helped the operations team identify the ideal operation hours for each store that led to an incremental reduction in operational costs with minimal effect on CSAT, revenue, and customer footfall
Helped the supply chain team identify the products to derange in each store. This led to reduction in the product portfolio from over 4000 products to under 2000 products with a less than 1% loss of revenue
Helped the supply chain team identify the products that were likely to see increase in sales during holiday period and estimate the increased demand at a product - store - day level with a very high forecast accuracy

Worked closely with the Asia Pacific services team to identify the drivers behind higher in warranty repairs in some countries. Used text mining algorithms to create data from customer support logs and helped the clients identify gaps in service methods across countries
