In my role as a Product Manager for Video at BABE, I played a crucial part in developing and managing our video content strategy. My responsibilities included:1. Setting up, planning, and executing video for BABE from scratch
2. Coordinate with the Product Team (Head of Product, UX & UI Design team, and of course with IT client
and backend developer)
3. Make a plan and do some research (collaborate with data analyst) to determine what kind of
video will work for BABE user
4. Do some testing with digital marketing to ensure which type of content will attract targeted segmented
BABE user
5. Finding appropriate sources from YouTube (first phase) and other social media platforms
(FB, Google, Twitter, Instagram) Next phase Detailed on my content growth job description
5. Work with the IT Team to Create and set up tools for Video Content operation ( Daily operations, Reporting
and monitoring data dashboard)
6. Starting from 1 person (myself) now the Video team has 3 specialist groups (Push, Labeling and Evaluation
Team) with members 3 - 7 working as shifts.
7. Work with the team coordinator, head of content, and product team to maintain perfect
guidelines, workflow, and network for daily, monthly, and yearly operation
8. Make sure video content teamwork fulfills KPI and the video system is working well
9. Monitoring product, finding bugs, and update constantly
