Responsibilities
•Design and develop embedded firmware in an Agile environment.
• Support new product development through design verification and validation activities;
• Provide quality assurance expertise/direction/support in the manufacture of new and existing products;
• Responsible for improvement and strict adherence to existing quality program ISO9001/14001;
• Review and resolve quality control problems/concerns with the Quality Manager and others including vendors, customers, and other departments;
职务需求
• 15+ years previous Quality Assurance experience in engineering and manufacturing environments;
• Working knowledge of safety requirements, legal standards, and quality system requirements;
• Experience in risk analysis (i.e. FMEA);
• Experience in Product development and 8D report and “5 whys” analysis;
[Knowledge, Skills and Abilities]- • Leadership;
- • Excellent English and Mandarin's verbal and written communication/presentation skills;
- • QA process skills;
- • Solid strategic skills and a demonstrated capacity to interface at all levels of a matrix organization;
