- 優質機會主要負責規劃年度人才永續方案、員工關係、企業社會責任等及相關預算編列
Responsibilities
- 策劃和執行年度人才永續方案，包括人才招聘、培訓發展和績效評估等相關策略和計畫。
- 負責員工關係活動的規劃，並編制相關預算。
- 撰寫與公司參與CSR、企業承諾、人才永續、亞洲最佳企業雇主等專案。
- 負責策劃並執行資深員工的頒獎活動，以及其他相關員工關係活動。
- 執行員工敬業度調查，並分析調查結果，提供相關建議方案。
- 協助識別和解決員工間或員工與管理層之間的衝突，促進良好的工作環境。
Requirements
- 具有5年以上人資相關經驗的專業人才
- 具備跨文化精神及內涵
- 具有良好的人際交往、解決問題、法律知識、組織技巧和數據分析能力
- 具有公司行銷、雇主品牌行銷、活動策劃和宣傳等相關工作經驗者尤佳
