- 持續優化公司HR制度和業務發展
- 管理HR團隊
- 招募任用：雇主品牌建立與維護、招募需求評估、招募選才作業與面談。
- 制度編修：員工手冊、管理辦法、各項福利等規章制度維護與更新。
- 員工關係：建立與維護良好正向工作環境，增加員工歸屬感、向心力。
Requirements
- 人資相關經驗 7 年以上
- 已具備足夠專業與經驗可獨立作業或指導後進完成人資業務。
- 熟悉勞資、職業安全衛生等相關法令規章，適時協助更新公司制度及適法性。
- 有中小企業、新創、扁平組織之工作經驗加分
