Responsibilities
- Plan and drive a people plan/HR focus areas for the supported unit aligned with the business strategy and People Strategy.
- Support and coordinate in the organization the development of leaders and talents.
- Drive organizational, leadership and team development.
- Part of management team, contribute towards the strategic and commercial objectives for the organization (BU, PG, Sales Company, Local factory, etc).
- Manager responsibilities including secure delivery of and alignment of basic HR services and administration. Manage, develop and coach the team.
- Coach and support managers to optimize organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience full-functional HR or HRBP experience
- Being able to work with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
- Good in English – Reading; Writing & Oral
