Responsibilities
- HRBP業務
- 負責績效考核結果，定期對績效考核實施中存在的問題進行分析、回饋。
- 建立和維持公司薪酬策略、工作守則與福利制度，提供薪酬結構分析與優化策略。
- 設計、管理並執行公司的績效管理機制，運用評核結果提出管理決策建議。
Requirements
- 至少具有 5 年的人力資源管理經驗，軟體公司經驗者加分。
- 具有出色的溝通和協調能力，能夠與不同部門和層級的人員建立良好關係，促進跨部門合作和流程暢通。
